I read the review above client complaining about setting the machine and the client mentioned she didn’t feel she got a proper treatment because she said the machine setting was too low ,sad she complained about practically everything waiting time treatment . Im sorry but you need to understand they have been doing this for a long time,I’ve personally seen amazing results with my underarms and face . I totally believe in these women they have tremendous experience and are always working very hard ,you really need to give them a break. Sad how people write bad reviews so quick without thinking ."

"I got my underarms done but didn’t see any results because the setting is so low. My first session she told me I was at setting 32, then my last session she said she’s doing 29 and that I should at least be at 30. Why did she back track and do a lower setting when I have no burning sensation or feel any warmth from the laser… They also only do the center of your underarms and not the very top and bottom to get rid of that hair. The last place I went for underarm laser they spend a good 1-2 minutes on each underarm to make sure they get every spot. Here they spend 10 seconds (literally!) on each underarm. Definitely a waste of my time. They over book each time slot when they only have one room/laser and their texts say you may be waiting from 15-45 minutes to be brought back. But if you’re late or have to reschedule within 3 days they charge you $55. You also have to call, NOT text to let them know you’re there for your appt but half the time they don’t answer so you leave a message since they say not to text them on all the signs on their door. But once you leave a message they don’t mark you as here in their book so they’ll start taking people in for their session who came after you. I’d rather pay more to go somewhere else who takes me in on a timely manner where I’m not waiting for 30 minutes each time I go to be brought into the room."

"Just did my second appointment at skinrevite, I absolutely love the place it is extremely time efficient and clean which are two traits I look for in any salon. They know exactly what they are doing and they communicate great with you if you need to push your appointment or cancel or etc. The ladies that work there are very friendly and kind and treat you with care regardless of how many appointments you have had."
