"DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! The owner called me 90 minutes before my scheduled event time and tried to cancel because his “workers” didn’t show up. I asked for his worker’s phone number and he gave it to me. His worker told me that he quit two weeks ago because the owner was impossible to work for. I can see how that would be true! I convinced the owner to come with the truck anyways so he wouldn’t ruin my sons birthday party, and he said he would still come but that he knew absolutely nothing about video games or how to work the truck. And he did know absolutely nothing about the games or how to help the kids play them. He never apologized to me, and then left without saying goodbye and just emailed me an invoice with the full balance. This company clearly has issues!!!!!"

"Game on Wheels was fun for My friend's 10 years old Twins It's very user friendly as well As Jay a Staffer was on hand to Help teach the Kids how to use the Games. The Kids had loads of Fun"

"I booked with Games on Wheels this past weekend to provide some entertainment for the kids and also for the adults. The host Kris was great with the kids and very helpful and interactive everyone. I was very hesitant to use them considering some of the reviews. However, I was informed that they are under new management, they guaranteed us a great time, not to mention their prices were better than other places I called. So, we gave them a chance and I can not attest to the customer service being above average. I appreciated how Kris followed all guidelines to ensure everything was cleaned properly (you know with COVID still around). He even took the time to make sure the equipment and seats where clean between uses. EVERYONE had a great time. I highly recommend them. Thanks Games on Wheels for a great experience. I plan to book again in the future."

"Very BAD experience! DON’T BOOK them. Unprofessional and you don't get what it's promised with a lack of customer service. I booked the Truck with the photo both and karaoke. To start some of the game consoles weren't working. Second, they couldn't set up the photo booth because they were missing the tablet that contained the app to take the pictures. When I called to inform the issue the guy lacked customer service and was laughing at the situation. He was trying to advise me to use my own device and download such app and then we can use the photo booth(which is not on the agreement ). He asked if our purpose to call him was to get a discount and asked after what type of discount we wanted was $5 dollars off and then laughed about it. We had 30 minutes left and kids wanted to take advantage and use the karaoke, the attendant took 15 minutes just to figure it out to get it to work and kids were left with just 15 minutes. During the time the attendant revealed they didn't use that truck as much so he was not sure how to get everything going. The inside of this truck was worn out and wallpaper ripped off. Lastly, My balance due to pay for that day was 204.17 and they charged our card $205.00. Very bad experience overall."

"I ordered the game truck for a thanksgiving gathering for family and neighbors and was impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness of the shiny new game trailer, and cool details. The attendant was great with the all the kids of various ages. The Adults love playing the retro arcade games, photo booth and karaoke machine. They arrived on time and stayed later than scheduled so we could keep having fun on the karaoke singing and dancing the night away. Highly Recommended."
