"I came in with a rather difficult order that other people have not previously been able to help me with Michael H was so kind and patient and knowledgeable. Honestly I was a little frustrated no one else was able to help he kindly explained to me that the others are not trained to do what he did for me. I'm thankful that he is knowledgeable and has the training to do what he did. If it wasn't for Michael I would have been forced to go somewhere else. From now on I will be coming only when I know Michael is working. Everyone else is kind they have great customer service but they are not able to help you with your files and if you don't know how to do what needs to be done then your just out of luck. I feel maybe everyone should have the same training he has. Eather way I'm greatful I got what I needed today. And the customer service was top notch"

"Was ok. Had my save the dates printed and cut here. The cutting was sloppy, super inconsistent, and crooked on many of my save the dates. I will have to go through and cut them so they are straight. Some have white edges on 3 sides, some on 2 sides, some are cut into the image on one side not the other, you get the idea."
