"Horrible service. This is my local Sally’s and i have had to purchase two Gelish LED lamps for a defective plug. This time I simply asked for an exchanges and the store rep called customer service but they couldn’t find my Sally Beauty purchase. The young lady said that her manager was available to talk to. The regional manager raised her voice at me in front of customers and when I raised my voice back, she told me that she’s going to have to ask me to leave for raising my voice and that the customers were her witness. I simply replied that my voice was no louder than hers. Another customer that was in the store told the store rep that her manager was the one raising her voice initially. I won’t shop here again. There’s not a option for no stars!"
