"I love this salon! I get my treatments done with Dahlia, she does amazing work and is very thorough during facials. Lily also helps me when I call and have questions. I’ve done 3 micro-needling treatments and I can notice a huge difference in pore size, which was my major concern. I’ve only ever had a good experience here. I recently tried laser hair removal so I’ll update on results, but I want to say I’ve noticed a difference after the 1st treatment. I’ve been waxing the areas for 1-2 yrs so that may help in reducing hair thickness"

"Unfortunately, after getting the Hydradermabrasion plus Laser, Dahlia left permanent scars on my face. After more than a month I have several hyperpigmentation and have spent more than $400 with a Dermatologist to treat damages that this spa caused. Luz Lounge has not given me a refund. Groupon was amazing and issued refunds with apologies. However, Luz told me they would but actually never redufunded me for the extra charges incurred at the time of my visit. Lily offered a 30 min complimentary facial for burning my skin which obviously wouldn't do much after permanent scarring. Including Dahlia, all of my experiences at Luz make me question their skills and knowledge level as estheticians. I would never go back."
