"Long story short we brought in our mower for repair. Austin Outdoor Power said they would let us know if it was under warranty. Never received a call. Had to call once a week for 2 months. Once they had the part ordered they said the reason we didn't get a call was because the part was under warranty and there was no need to call. Once fixed they give us a call and now its $430.00 and not under warranty. Then when I brought up the concern they then said this is the price and mocked our conversation and got hostile, Then, they mentioned that they could file the warranty, but that it would get kicked back meaning they lied and never filed it in the first place. Beware of this company!"
