"I love this dollar tree I came in about for exchange (based on policy rules because I thought refunds were not allowed only exchanges) and spoke with Tina and she let me know they actually do refunds now. I went up to counter and asked the sweet lady for a refund she seemed new to the refund process but called for help which i appreciated very much. What seemed like the manager came from the office and with so much patience talked her through the process and im very grateful because they made my experience very easy. I went to another dollar tree (eldridge/westheimer location )the previous day and the elderly cashier complained about me trying to return the product from a diff dollar tree and the manager also said no refunds allowed. So now I know they were just not trying to help me. I will only be shopping at morton location from now on."

"I'm giving a one star because the way I was treated last night by one of the employees at dollar tree. She treated me like if I was gonna steal something from the store. We were paying for our items at the front and I went to simply look at glasses. I literally wanted to try a pair on. And she made sure to look at me on the cameras as I was trying on the glasses. She was even giving me the ugliest looks ever. STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE CRIMINALS! GIVE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND DONT BE RUDE!
