"I am so disappointed in team at Richmond location. I took time out on my really busy and hectic schedule to go get consultation, pay for the unlimited full body session and just start and get it over with. But the lady marina was so rude on phone and she canceled my appointment I was literally there ten mins late and I told her I m right outside when she called. She had also ignored the text when I sent her that I’m running ten min late. I literally went on wrong parking lot. It’s not even about cancelling it’s how she provided the service. Really disappointed on u guys honestly. And she can’t telling me stop yelling at me. When I wasn’t even yelling and rude. I worked in customer service and I never rate or write comment. This is my first. This is how disappointed I am I don’t know why people even work in customer service when they can’t be nice to people."

"I like this clinic, these ladies are wonderful and the services are awesome. They'll definitely do a good job on you. Only thing is, you should know as a customer if you have ANY sun exposure (even like 30 min outside), your hair removal will be rescheduled. They're doing it for saftey (you can get 3rd degree burns after sun exposure if you go under the laser) but I would've liked if that had been reiterated a bit more at the beginning, since it meant I had to wear sleeves all summer, and I thought it pertained more to actual tanning... my only critique. Otherwise a great value and a fantastic place"
