"I am almost done with this place. I LOVE burgers and the playground for my kiddo, but the last three visits my food has been far less than satisfactory for $10 a pop x wife & child. I usually get the pretzel bun and sweet potato fries and this last 3x the Buns are smashed, maybe 1/4" thick (due to smashing) and the fries have been old or stale. Good thing they have sauce to dip them in!!! Anyways I had to send my kiddos burger back because the Buns (top and bottom) we just destroyed! It seems the Samsonite Gorilla must be working here. Seriously it's THAT bad! I LOVE their flavor but I am at the end of my rope with the bad food for the $$$. I hope #corporate reads this."

"The fake pictures on the website make you go to this place. It was our 1st time and our last. The burgers are bite size compared to what's advertised. They are also smashed together and the bread is soggy. I could've gotten a better chicken sandwich from McDonald's. I've had better from McDonald's. They use way too much salt. Wasn't satisfying. Didn't even finish the food."

"This is the second time i was one dirty on my to go order. Half of empty fries basket and my “tossed buffalo nuggets” i don’t understand why can there ve simple respect and responsibility on this, just like the worker are working “hard for their money” that is my hard earned money that was a simple order request and cant be fulfilled and i pay extra for sauces did i get any NO. Its just so messed up how there is no ownership and responsibility, respect."

"We went to Hat Creek Burger Company for lunch over the weekend and had a great experience. They were busy and there was a bit of a wait but there were a lot of families there. I’m assuming there was probably a kids sporting event prior and everyone came for lunch but that’s ok! The service was great, you could tell the poor girl was a little stressed because parents seem to be more impatient than their kids these days and she handled everything wonderfully. The staff were moving as fast as they could with smiles on their faces and everything, it was very nice to see! I didn’t take a picture of the play place because I didn’t think it was appropriate with the children playing on it. It’s a descent size play area. Our burgers were really good, very filling. And I like that I got a cup souvenir, who doesn’t? lol you get the plastic cup if you dine in! A lot of places you’ll get a great looking burger but a greasy taste but not here! And the food smells so good walking in from outside. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back. 2 burger meals with drinks and fries = $25 but we got a discount for signing up for the rewards system."
