"I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years. I love their products and customer service. However, today I had such a terrible experience at this location inside Kohls. This worker named SAM was extremely disrespectful, condescending, and rude. He stated that corporate and management wouldn’t do anything and that they allow him to treat customers this way which I find very unfortunate.. I had to go to ULTA to find the products I needed. If you can avoid this location/worker, it would definitely be in your benefit .."
