"Very unprofessional.one of the old ladies working in the back told me she couldn't color my hair.and there was another one standing behind me grabbing my hair and telling me the same thing." No i dont think we can do it" very rude. I told them that i was leaving then the older lady kept telling me at last minute well i can try but i don't guarantee your hair will actually look good plus its late when she was the one who had booked my appointment at that time. I left i felt so bad. Just the way they treated me. Cecy has never treat me like that its those two ladies and older looking one and a short darker lady younger."
