"Posting this even though I was a client of College Station (no google listing), but it’s the same company. I spend most of 2022 two hours a week in a chair for my chin hair. I spent an exorbitant amount of money for minimal results. On top of that, the owner of this franchise is incredibly rude and changed her policies all the time. They expect you to know how long it’s going to take for your appointments and then book accordingly. Her “class” beforehand was a joke. I felt like a 2 year old being scolded. When I reached out to her for issues at the beginning, she was demeaning. I stuck with it for a year until my technician left. I had one session with a new person which was terrible. I couldn’t imagine spending the same amount for the new person and abiding by the dumb booking rules, so I left. ~10k out the window and over 100 hours of my life gone for maybe 30% hair reduction and no end in sight. In 2023, I found Milan Laser Hair removal. I initially didn’t start with my face bc the electrolysis people put the fear of God into you about making it worse. After great results on the rest of my body, I added lip and chin and have never looked back. For the same cost I spent with electrolysis on my chin, I’m now hair free on my entire body and any follow up visits are complimentary as you pay one lifetime cost. I’m sure electrolysis works for some people, but the way the owner treats her staff and customers should be a huge red flag to everyone. Find somewhere else."

"The technicians are great. The manager/ account handler is terrible. I have gone to this place for over 3 years and management is constantly changing their booking process. They are now requiring payment BEFORE SERVICES. I have NEVER had to pay for a service prior to receiving it. It makes NO SENSE. The ONLY reason I continue to go is because Michelle is great and knowledgeable at what she does. And even then it’s a toss if I’ll continue to go. There are many other booking options. If there’s fraud then that should be on the technician giving services without ensuring proper payment after services. So because of your internal business issues is why customers now have to pay ahead of time? Trust me other companies are NOT doing this. I can book and cancel my hair cut appointments but not for this? Going to a competitor now after your response."

"How do you get in contact with this company (Houston)? There aren't any numbers and the free consultation is only on Mondays during the hours I work... I'm not even sure if I can ask questions in person because there aren't walk-ins, so they may not be there... My questions aren't on the FAQs either. Questions: 1. I have tattoos where I need my hair removed, will that be a problem or will it damage the tattoo? 2. Are there package deals or incentives for paying in advance? 3. If we aren't able to make it every two weeks, your website said that you will work with our schedule. How will you communicate with us if everything is done via your website to schedule? 4. How long should we book the appointment if this is our first time and we don't know what that should look like? Especially if we have more than one area to treat."
