"I have seen Lina 3 times now and she is my go to for eyebrows! After 20+ years of avoiding getting them waxed (an incident in high school), I would either pluck them, or more recently get them threaded. I finally decided to give it another try and it's been awesome! Compared to threading it's over quickly, and way less painful AND she does a great job shaping them. I forgot to take a before and after picture, but I will update this review with one the next time I go."

I am super happy with the service she provided. I really enjoyed dealing with her and can't wait to have her do my brows again."
"Maybe I caught her on an off day or she wasn’t interested in retaining my business but I was not pleased. I have been using Vanessa @ Greentree Ulta for years and she has spoiled me with such a high level of customer service. Lina was far from the level of service I’m used to. She sped through the service and didn’t follow the picture I provided for her. I’m displeased but also feel responsible since I didn’t feel welcome when I asked her if I needed to sign in and she just looked at me as if I was a bother, I should have left then. Could just be an off day but I’m not taking any chances again. Luckily my brows grow fast."
