"I have received two laser hair removal treatments from Jen. Each time she has been professional and kind. Before the procedure, Jen discussed the laser with me and its effectiveness. She also performed spot tests on me two days before my actual process to ensure my skin did not have an adverse reaction to the laser. During the procedure, she told me everything she was doing. Jen let me know if she changed the laser's intensity and continuously inquired about my pain level during the procedure that may require laser intensity adjustments.
