"I had a very frustrating experience with the management at this location. At the start of COVID, I was a member with regular sessions. During the pandemic, I kept my membership active to support this local business. Unfortunately, I received military orders prior to life resuming normal operations and ultimately, the location refused to work with me on my built up sessions ultimately costing me over $500. Recommend caution with a membership."
