"I debated whether to leave a 1 or 2 star review. I had heard good things about Magnolia, but I did not have a good experience. I went in for IPL treatments. I filled out my form saying exactly what my probem areas were and what I was looking to fix through treatments. Not once did I say anything about redness, but every time I had an appointment, they would mention redness being what I came in there for. It was as if they never looked at my file. I felt frustrated and that I wasn't being heard. It happened every single time. Needless to say, there was absolutely no improvement of my skin after my treatments completed and $500 spent. They wanted to diagnose me with Rosacea and sell me all these products for it even after I communicated that was not something I was concerned about, and not why I came to their office. There was a day I showed up on time, the same time we agreed upon and that was mentioned in my confirmation voicemail, but I was charged $$ for not showing up to my apointment.. when I brought this to their attention, they apologized and refunded my account. There was also a day they had to cancel completely because they had double booked/scheduled me for a day they had training. I understand that mistakes happen, but I will not be going back or recommending them to friends or family. I am overall very disappointed and wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. The only positive I have to say is that they were nice."
