"Avoid this location if possible… I use to love coming to this spot staff was always nice close to my house and it’s well stocked. Up until recently I never had any issues. I’m not sure what his role is at this location but Dave is one of the most unhelpful rude staff members I’ve come across within the company. His sales tactics are too aggressive and he rarely knows what he’s talking about. I came in earlier today to get the 4 for 25 sale because I stock up when liters are available in sales. I checked online prior to going in stores to see what items are available.. turns out 1 item we grabbed was not part of the sale due to being a more prestigious product witch is fine my mom was not aware she thought it was another Sally’s brand. Instead of saying oh this is the one that does not qualify he made up an excuse saying everything all had to be from the same brand and we could not mix and match…. Witch has never been the case with these types of sales. We then went to another location because I could not deal with having to negotiate with Dave since he’s always rude and condescending( he also hates being proven wrong) unfortunately they were out of certain products and when I tried to do an in store pick up 2 items that were in stock needed to be shipped so I walked back in grabbed the products from 3 different brands and what would you know it worked. Instead of acknowledging he was wrong he ignored me and didn’t even bother to correct his employees who he trained earlier this morning."

"I haven't been to Sally's in a long time. I felt so comfortable during my visit. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The soon to be manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. And I was able to find everything I needed. It's easy to spot from the road, and there's enough parking spots. Edit: The store manager's name is Dave, and he is awesome! I came back to the store, and I was able to interact with him this time; it was a lovely experience. Definitely my go to Sally's."

"Arrived and was greeted by a very helpful and attractive young woman. Five stars for her assistance but found her coworker at register coloring with markers. Years ago we would have been terminated for those behaviors."
