"So disappointed in the DM Melissa Soto. I have never in my life berated one of my employees like she has. To be embarrassing your employees in front of customers? DISGUSTING. The stores employees and management are so kind and always so helpful to me and everyone I recommend this store to. You can tell they are tired and overworked and don’t have proper rest periods. Employees have worked while sick and you can clearly tell that this is not by choice. The whole world is understaffed and yet the District Manager is punishing the ones who showed up. Sally beauty….do better for your employees because it’s no wonder your other stores are suffering too. Listen to your customers or this company will continue to fail. I would have left zero stars if I could. The star is for the employees and management work ethic."
