"I went in this evening at 7:15 to get a gift card for a relative. They don’t close until 8 but as soon as I walked in the lady started slamming the gates closed like they were about to lock up for the night. I feel she was trying to intimidate me. I ignored her as best as I could but she watched me the majority of the time I was there which was only about 10 minutes!!! I hate to think this lady was profiling me but she sure was behaving odd. Then she left the cashier (who was obviously new) alone at the register to process a gift card. What in the world?????? Not the greatest experience I’ve had at other Sally’s."

"The lady working was super helpful. This location (by Marbach Rd) is MUCH better and bigger than my usual SW Military Dr location. The worker was also much more knowledgeable!"

"Very helpful every time I go in, even if I go late right before closing which I tend to do sometimes. They are always very eager to help and answer all my questions professionally. If I ask for their opinion they aren’t afraid to give me a differing view than that of my own which tells me they know their stuff!"

"Roxanne was wonderful! She listened to the story of my hair (haha) and made suggestions and gave explanations. That would trigger me to give her more information about my hair and she gave additional suggestions that reflected that information. I was happy to hear that Sally's loyalty program was free; my mom thought you had to purchase membership. Great experience and I will go back to this location :)"

"I went in needing assistance. The girl didn't know, so when asking her co-worker to assist. The other girl was very short and had attitude. As if she didn't want to be bothered. she even referred me to HEB.. really!!! very disappointed in the customer service. I had experience this before at this location. didn't expect it again. need to find a better location. They need to hire people that have knowledge in variety of products they sell."
