"The front desk helped me with booking my last minute arrival when all other hotels in the area that I originally put in my reservation through failed to check me in asap. It was a stressful day and I was already exhausted so the staffs at the Hampton that morning I arrived helped me right away. Not only that she even looked up some discount for my stay to make my stay more comfortable. This was my first time staying with the Hampton and I couldn't be more happier. I'm very greatful for the training that was given to your staff to deal with emergency situations like this. Since I arrived in the area for an important business meeting and visiting my best friend. "The room was a 2 double bed/queen room, but seemed small even by Hampton standards. There were 2 elevators, but one always seemed a bit skittish with the door not always closing and it shaking and jerking when reaching the destination floor. Breakfast was not good even by Hampton standards. Eggs/warm food was not good, oatmeal was soup and somehow other continental items always seem "old and dried out". The 4 night stay was convenient to some meetings, family and what we hoped were good walkable meal options. Staff was polite, but if not for location this would not have been and may not be a future choice for staying."
