"Dr. Berry herself is fantastic! She’s very trustworthy and talks you through everything to ensure you’re at ease. Her front desk staff on the other hand is less than. Lots of miscommunication, lack of paying attention to details, and misinformation which is passed to the patient causing avoidable conflicts of schedules, delays (over a week I may add) in sending prescriptions to the right pharmacy, and other mishaps. I return due to my trust in Dr. Berry who truly cares for her patients and what they think. While her front desk staff seem to cause more trouble than help, I will continue to return for Dr. Berry herself."
