"I took my 5 year old to this location this morning. The employee that cut my son’s hair didn’t listen to the direction I gave. The cut took much longer than it should have been, kept blaming her incompetence on my son moving - because it was taking so long. Had to get instruction from another stylist and still didn’t complete the cut. I asked to just be done, I will have to fix the cut at home anyways. Not blended, chunks of hair around the sides and back were left. Absolutely do not recommend. Perhaps it was just our stylist at this location. But still Had to pay full price for the cut."
"Our stylist, Cynthia, is an absolute dream!! My husband and I have been coming to this location to get our hair cuts from her for at least 3 years now and she’s become an amazing friend. She’s incredible at her job and will not cut your hair without confirming length & style with you first. You will leave with exactly the hair you want. She is so attentive and so very sweet. She should have her own franchise!"

"Walked in at a busy time, they estimated an hour wait. Signed up, did some shopping. Came back an hour later, 5 minutes later I was in Joe's chair, receiving an excellent haircut. I especially appreciated the attention he spent on blending the haircut with my beard. So, Great Clips Boerne did a good job managing the flow of people, and Joe gave me one of the beat haircuts I have received all year!"
