"I went to get laser hair removal last year and had a horrible experience. I paid for the entire amount for the laser sessions and ended up only receiving one treatment and even got burned with that one treatment. I attempted to get treated for that burn but I kept getting a different lady helping me which made it even more inconvenient. I’ve spoken to Kay the owner who is not willing to give me a refund or willing to work with me. She is very rude and mean, so unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this place, save your money."
