"I purchased a Groupon for six laser hair removal treatments in a small area. It works! I just finished my sixth treatment, but the unwanted hair in my eyebrows that I used to wax stopped growing after the first treatment. I persisted with the remaining five because I didn't want it to grow back later. (It def will cuz mi novio stopped after three treatments on his neck line, and it's resumed growing.) Lina is an excellent aesthetician. She's polite, courteous, and prompt. At the end of the month, I'll have her give me a Brazilian removal because I trust her professionalism."

"I purchased a Groupon for a facial, and I believe I got the discounted service as well. I'm not trying to be mean, only trying to prepare you so you know what to expect. I got exactly what was on the Groupon - steam, extractions, and clay mask. Nothing more, nothing less. No head wrap, no blanket, and I lied on a paper sheet. I did receive the facial massage at the end. And don't expect to get your neck, shoulders, or arms massaged because you won't get it. Everything was cold, the products and the towels. I believe she was using paper towels to wipe the mask off, and if it wasn't then it was a very rough towel! Another major thing I did not like at all was her phone messages going off constantly, and she had to stop what she was doing to mute her incoming phone calls! Have some respect and dignity! I muted my phone, she should have too! I don't get these 5 star reviews. Apparently, they've never been to a real luxury spa before. Next time I'll spend the money on luxury service."
