"This Ulta deserves a full 5 star review. As a Muslim that wears a hijab, it’s a struggle finding someone / somewhere you can trust to cut or even style your hair. Once I found out Ulta has a salon and provides privacy for women that wears a hijab, I had to check it out. It was the best experience. I appreciated everyone in the salon that works there, they are so respectful. I love my hair and felt so comfortable with the staff. I’m so glad I found my favorite place to get my hair done. ❤️"

"I went into Ulta to buy cologne. The sales person told me that the person in the perfume department would be helping me out. The person in the perfume department, then walked and stayed in the makeup department for 20 minutes. Seeing that I was waiting to buy some cologne, they then would greet every person that came inside of the store through the main doors instead of coming back over to the perfume department to help me. I was in the store for 30 minutes and never got any help. Every time I went to the front desk, they would just be on their phone and finish their text before telling me to “just wait until she finishes with the customer “ over and over. I left."

I haven't given up but will give it a break. I love the variety at Ulta so I've started driving a little further to the Arlington Highlands store."
