Always feel comfortable exercising here unlike most gyms which feel more like a meat market than a facility dedicated to health and wellness."

"We love the Benbrook Y! Jim is a great personal trainer, knowledgeable and encouraging. Carissa is an awesome instructor and I really enjoy Body Combat and Body Balance with her. The childcare is better than any other gym we’ve been to. Staff, especially Miss Jaimie, are great, and I really appreciate that they have activities like play dough and coloring, plus an outdoor playground. The gym is older and the weight room is on the small side, otherwise I’d give 5 ⭐️."

"I love the activities with the children and the programs and activities for adults. The bad thing about the gym is the machine area is full of dust, very dirty and the showers are full of fungus. The staff is friendly, only the cleaning is not good."

"My family and I always have a great time here. They keep it clean and the equipment is well maintained. The hours for the open swim at the pool are good and there are lots of fun activities for the whole family. I really love how much they interact with the community with the food donations, helping gather plastic bags to recycle, and all the family friendly events year round."

"My husband and I just love our YMCA. We use the indoor walking track often. In the future will try the gorgeous pool and of course, Pickleball! The staff is awesome. Everyone treats you like family. They have so many wonderful events for children, amazing. Our Y is the best. Yvonne Kirby"
