"terrible service, I stayed at this hotel for a week 3 weeks ago everything was very good, and then I stayed at this hotel again for a week and this time it was a terrible service I brought my JBL flip 6 speaker and I left it at the hotel, after One day my speaker was stolen from the room, I made my report to the general manager but he called me a liar by saying that I do not have enough evidence if I really brought my speaker with me. bad service, managers are not competent in solving these kinds of problems. I don't plan on staying at this hotel again."

"One of the worst experiences at a Marriott hotel I’ve had since COVID. I have ambassador status with Marriott so stay in a hotel more than I’m at home. The hotel looks clean and is in a good location however, the rooms are in disrepair and the customer service is horrendous. I had an issue the first full day I was there where the shower would not turn off. Like at all. Water pouring out. They said they were full and couldn’t move rooms, understandable. Called a plumber out after several hours of the handyman being unable to fix it and they had to turn the water off completely but then they couldn’t turn back on. So next morning before work, couldn’t shower. They “fixed” it while I was gone and when I came back the temperature control didn’t work. Hot was actually cold and cold was lukewarm at best. So for the next 3/4 days I had to take cold showers. Glad I don’t mind them but I asked DAILY to be moved to a different room and they refused. Said oh yea that room has lots of service tickets. Broken shelves in bathroom, AC that doesn’t hold a temp and switches off randomly. I understand that rooms have issues but they made zero effort to actually resolve any problems I had with the room. Also, had a late checkout request that was supposedly approved yet housekeeping tried to enter my room despite the do not disturb sign on. Trying to sleep after a night shift also doesn’t work here. One of the elevators was broken and making a horrendous noise…for what seemed like at least 24-48 hours….during the middle of the week. Feel sorry for the people staying right by the elevator. Needless to say will not be returning here. If you’re just staying a night and want to risk it I’m sure you’ll be fine but don’t expect any help if you have issues. Very poorly trained staff but at least they were nice so there’s that. Breakfast was also better than expected."

"We’ve stayed here twice. The first time was a 4-star due to issue with smell and A/C but were accommodated. This second time was a bit odd. It took a while to get anyone to front desk to check us in. Then less than an hour of checking in, someone tried opening our door twice. I called front desk and lady said it was her manager “just checking if my door was working.” What?! It put me and my daughter on edge! No apology."
