"Went to the store since I had bought a solar light that was defective had gotten quit a few but only one didn't work. Arrived to the store and politely asked the manager on duty if I could exchanged my item for the same one since this one came defective and he started saying they don't do return of money to customers that's against their store policies but all I wanted was to exchange it had my receipt and everything. Asked to speak to someone else that was in charge or higher ranking than him but he laughed right in my face and said that he was the one in charge of the store and said it was still going to be a no regardless. Asked for his store manager name and he refused to give it to me. After that he threatened me on calling the cops if I didn't leave the store since he already refused the service and didn't want me walking around to even shop inside there. Never felt so disrespected in my life and to the manager in charge of that store poor choice off promoting this young unprofessional man Eloy. Will never be returning to this store ever again due to this young man using his authority to his advantage."
