"I see great reviews and all but sometimes you gotta tell it how it is...you don't begin process without authorizations or consents..half the time we were there we didn't know what was going on since the gentleman just kept coming and going giving us a finger sign to keep waiting for what?? you don't really sell cars with pictures or images then when the car arrives is really not what you expect...understandable they wanna make profits and sales but there's way to treat people or at least try to bundle them in to purchase with a hypocritical attitude at the most it would had been greatly appreciated...now when it all Went down he started catching an attitude which next time it won't be passed by us and hopefully by no one else...the 1st time we went with some other gentleman to look around he had a much more positive attitude this last time wasn't so pleasing ...people please see the cars in physical presence and don't get carried away by pictures on the screen just a piece of advise...we've been around cars and shops for quite a few years we kind-of have an idea what's worth what and whats not...."

The sales rep was very patient with me, he re explained himself whenever I asked him to. Even when I ran into challenge with my bank he was patient for me to get it rectified.
