"Went in to ask about a ball park estimate for a cyst removal on the posterior region of head 1.5 inches in diameter. Front desk mentioned the location and size need to be known to give an estimate - this would necessitate a consult to determine these. I work at a medical office and understand that consults are needed to give exact pricing, but we gladly offer a ball park or estimate given the information provided. She didn’t care that I had this information, she simply stated we needed the consult. After looking at the reviews for this office, I have no doubt they’re more interested in the money than the patients. Thanks for the off putting and uncaring attitude. Sharing my first impression of this place for the benefit of researching offices before you decide to put yourself in their hands."
