"I choose this studio for my first Fort Worth wax (new to area) based on the reviews and you guys did not steer me wrong. Super cute atmosphere with really friendly reception. Dig the vibe. I had Carli and she was a delight. Very warm and personable and an efficient waxer. They use hard wax and it was quick and easy. I did a Brazilian and half leg and it was pretty easy and painless. 10/10 A+"

"I was charged FULL service price for having to cancel, even though I was told by the person I spoke with on the phone that I would only be charged half of the service fee. When I called back notifying him that I was charged the full price, he said that there was a mistake and would have the manager call back in 20 min. Understandable. Fast forward to almost two hours later, I had to call the salon and someone else told me I had to pay full price because I called too close to the appointment time. I realized I messed up, I had to work nights and my sleep schedule got messed up. My real problem is the lack of communication and inconsistency of their policies. One employee told me I owe a certain amount, then another told me I owe double…I still can’t get a hold of the manager. I definitely will never be using this establishment. I shouldn’t have changed from my usual place, but since we moved this business is closer. Looks like I’ll be driving for my next wax service. Thanks for taking my $90"

"I had a phenomenal experience at Melt! Truly better than I could've asked for. Mysti was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She made me feel comfortable and addressed my needs perfectly! She listened to my previous wax issues elsewhere and helped me to establish a routine to help me to feel confident in my own skin! I felt like she really cared about my wax results but also me as an individual. I cannot recommend Mysti and Melt Wax Studio enough!"
