"The staff is so nice, and helped me pick out Disney Infinity characters and pokemon cards, and then my dad spent over an hour looking at their collection of cards like DC, Marvel. And Xmen. The card prices are very cheap and negotiable, and the place and general has a very unique stock of old timey stuff, but also modern stuff, and overall really good prices for 2024. Hands down beats Gamestop."

"I recently had a DualShock 5 controller that needed a battery replacement, and me, being an IT professional, always find it best to let people who know exactly what they're doing perform the work. However, there ended up being an issue with the repair charges. I was informed by one of their employees that I would be contacted with a price before the repairs were completed. I was not contacted, and I was also not shown a form that listed the repair prices before I authorized the repairs, assuming that I would be able to either accept or deny the job before repairs were initiated. This, unfortunately, did not happen. After returning to the store, they did everything a place that cares for their customers should do and made it right for me. So, for anyone worried about going to a place that treats you as nothing but a number, do not hesitate to go here because they truly care about you. Their customer service is EXCELLENT, and they will do what it takes to make sure you are treated right. Beyond the pricing issue, the work done on my controller was HIGHLY professional and the turn around time was FANTASTIC. Even beyond that, their collection of used games is WELL above par and they have some VERY rare games that you won't find anywhere else in town, I can promise you that. Also, the prices on those games are what you would expect from a place that isn't trying to rip you off and cares about gamers and their needs. I would do business again with this place anytime, and you should, too, and if I could give this place 6 stars, I totally would."
