"Great experience, arrived @5pm for a 4;30 am appt, they have a huge gravel parking lot before the guard house, there are a couple of big potholes but not a big deal. Checked in and went to sleep. Then they called me with a door at 3:30 am (they start working at that time) I was empty at 4:30 with paperwork in hand. There is a restroom for drivers in the rear side of the guard shack. Security guards are easy going and receiving along with unloading people are hard workers. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Great experience overall"
"Check in at the security gate after parking across the entrance in a big lot. Have your BOL PO shipment documents handy, your phone and they will call you with your door assignment. Quick unload and there is a lumper fee (but it may be different for others)."
"Parking on site, restroom, easy access to docks, slow and lumper fee. Changed my review to one star. They did not bring me my bills like they said. Their runner brought every other driver their bills, but since I had already asked about status after green light and paying lumper fee and was told they would bring me my bills after all the product was labeled, I waited. When I finally went in to check status everyone was gone! Luckily the boss was still there and found my bills. I hate when people don’t do the job they assure you they will."

"Dirt parking lot for overnight/after being unloaded. Bathroom (not a port-a-John) attached to guard shack (blue door in the back). Checked in about 30 minutes early, and even had a door assigned before my appointment time. Took a bit to get unloaded though. They use Capstone as their lumper service. No vending machines for food/snacks or drinks, so be sure to bring your own."
