"I normally don’t write reviews unless service is deserving of one.. with that being said, today was my second time going to this location and once again staff was AMAZING. First time going, Faith (I believe that was her name) helped me find the perfect shade of red for me & thoroughly explained the process of color care & products. Today i went in for a pick up complication & Sonnie was EXTREMELY helpful & patient. I refuse to go anywhere else when im in town. Service is always exceeding my expectations! "The store is so welcoming and clean everything is organized even though things have been moved. The girls helped me pick my color and told me which bleach and developer was the best Valeria was so kind. She greeted me when I came in and helped me for the most part. The manager on staff was also super sweet and helpful. I think her name was Katie. Both girls were famonimal as well as very knowledgable. i will definitely be coming back for all my hair needs."

"The manager with the blue and black hair was horrible!!! When asking her questions she was rude and didn’t even look at me in the eyes she kept looking at my child like if she was going to steal something. On top of that she kept pressuring the staff to push for the credit cards and clapped her hands in his face!! I feel really bad for the staff! Never coming here again, but I’ll make sure to contact her upper management and file a complain. Worst experience at a Sally’s ever!"

"This is the only sally's I love going too! The staff is ALWAYS super friendly, welcoming and always willing to help! I have been to other sally's the staff are normally unfriendly and it seems like such a bother when you ask for help or have any questions. I always end up coming back to this location."

"Rude. No greeting once I walked in. When I asked the lady with the blue hair to help me look for a certain product, she acted as if I bothered her & the other employees conversation.... not a single word from the cashier while I was checking out until asked her "how are you" all she said was good with no eye contact what so ever. They kept on with there conversation & didn't even bother helping the other 5 people who came in after me. I don't get it if you dont like your job than leave. Simple."
