"The atmosphere of the spa itself is very warming and welcoming. The lady at the front was very polite and professional. The medical clinic the spa uses is not up to par with the appearance and mannerism of the spa. The upkeep of the medical facility is mediocre at best.. When my blood was taken.. some of it got on the tissue lining of the bed, the tech said she would come back to clean up, she never did. The tech talked entirely too much for my liking telling me her personal business. I did my blood work and vitals on a Tuesday, was told the spa should have my results by Thursday or Friday. When I called the spa on Friday and Saturday, spa stated they had not received anything from clinic. I'm greatly disappointed with this experience so far, but since I've already paid money for my vitals, I will continue with the program. But this "first impression" of how it's being started doesn't leave me with a good feeling about things to come. It's been over a week, I've left several messages for Candace, and I have yet to receive a call."
