"At first this place seems normal. When I got back to the room they instantly wanted me to change my preferred pharmacy which I originally picked the CVS about a mile down the same road from their location but they insisted I change it. Then took "before" pictures and then made a weird remark about me not smiling. I was charged $498.27 for less than a 5 minute appointment with Heather Reagin to answer "I don't know" repeatedly when asking about treatment costs which they have a sign stating to ask about costs. Knowing I was in the wrong place for good care, I told them I'd take care of it on my own and left. Huge waste of time and money! Definitely felt like a number rather than a patient at this place!"

"My daughter was referred to this practice by her pcp. We got there saw the physician and she handled her well and prescribed her some medication and asked them to send the prescription to the CVS in Saginaw. So we leave go to the cvs and wait. 10,20, 30 min 40min. I ask the Cvs and they tell me they haven't gotten any order in. I Call Epihany and the lady at the desk counter( operator) insists she did send it to the cvs. We argue and she rudely tells me to wait and now am getting frustrated. I tell her to counter check and make sure rudely says there is no need to check coz she is right. After waiting at the cvs for 2 hours I am really upset I drive back to the Practice ask to see the manager she recoil like a snake and goes to make up her own stuff. The manager comes and I ask her where they did send my prescription. They look around and the the bombshell, they sent it to the pharmacy next door called Apogee!them OF WHICH I NEVER ASKED THEM TO!!! Instead of admitting they sent it to the wrong pharmacy the manager tells me they sent the order but they don't know how it ended up at Apogee! I gave them a piece of my mind. Both her and the manager colluded to lie on a very simple thing of owning up to their mistake of which they never did. That operator is a prejudiced and full of apathy! The office manager sanctioned her actions and that was the first and last time I will ever set my feet on that horrible practice. They have no follow up call NOTHING!!! I would never recommend anyone to go there. I am willing to go the farthest place and be treated with respect than this rag tag facility. They shoukd be ashamed of themselves."

"I have been here three different times. Great staff. I appreciate the care very much. It comfortably, everyone is so nice and they are very informative. I also wanted to mention that I am ESPECIALLY grateful that they have beautiful fall decor and ZERO Halloween decorations, thank God. So refreshing."

"1st appt was great. This appt for a body scan... Not so great. After being instructed to strip and put on a paper shirt with no closure and a paper sheet for a bottom, the tech told me the DR would be right in. I was left in a freezing room for more than 30 minutes, and still no Dr. No suitable place to sit other than the medical bed with no back. Not acceptable. I have more value than how I was treated."
