"We went to rent an auger and backho combo and we have always had excellent service until we went to the tool rental dept. Don was rude , unpleasant and very difficult to deal with. We went 3 separate times and each time the encounter with Don was frustrating as he was rude each time we went. Would not recommend renting tools at Home Depot due to thier customer service."
