"I call twice a week because I also repair and l always need parts for John Deere tractors and that receptionist always answers and I ask for parts and they leave me waiting for 20 minutes at most and hang up call again same thing and she transfers and the guys at parts never answer.i have to go over their and some are just standing around. This message is for the manager in charge you are losing lots of customers by these actions being implemented by your staff. You need to talk to them. You don't believe have some body call in front you and see how long they are to are taking to answer the phone This is ridiculous"
