"We purchase lots of stuff there. Nice people but they gave my husband a wrong product and he trusted them and opened it. When he opened it he realized he was given wrong cement and this people instead of making up for a mistake they decided customer is not that valuable and didn't exchange product. It's better to keep a good customer happy because $$ is not all but your good customer will keep coming back giving you more business. A few bucks was more important.God bless."

You know most of those places is for them manly men lol so it’s nice to see good mannerisms and respectfulness. He was able to help me resolve an issue and get the item I needed then as well.
