"We purchase lots of stuff there. Nice people but they gave my husband a wrong product and he trusted them and opened it. When he opened it he realized he was given wrong cement and this people instead of making up for a mistake they decided customer is not that valuable and didn't exchange product. It's better to keep a good customer happy because $$ is not all but your good customer will keep coming back giving you more business. A few bucks was more important.God bless."
"I send my husband in to buy some cement with sand. We come here and spend a ton of money because we are fixing the house. Well I guess that's not appreciate it because they gave my husband the wrong cement and they did not make it good. He trusted them and they gave him wrong cement I need to buy another bag bagbag. They didn't exchange it"
"I have gone three distinctive times in need of some items for repairs. I was thankful for Marcos Scott who was able to inform of the multi use of pipe glue. I was unaware of the new varieties that are available now to hold through the wear and tear of the weather. Glad he was able to assist me with that. I really felt the warm greeting by Alberto and his well mannered customer service attentiveness. He addressed me as ma’am or miss and that felt awesome. What great mannerism. You know most of those places is for them manly men lol so it’s nice to see good mannerisms and respectfulness. He was able to help me resolve an issue and get the item I needed then as well. Thank you for the pleasant atmosphere."
