Dollar General

"I grew up in military installations and e didn't have a Dollar General, so I'm just getting hip; I'm late to the game. But, wow! This is like a mini PX & Commissary (Walmart for civilians). I've been able to pop into this place and find stuff that I forget to include in my grocery curbside order, and they have always had it. They have the brands I use, and came in clutch when I had last minute, unexpected, overnight, meat- eating guests in my non-meat eating home."

"We live in the apartments behind the store, we have lived here long before the store came so our choices was walmart or heb. So it makes me happy they built one, the workers are very friendly and the store is always clean. The only problem I have is the refrigerator and freezer area, it is always down. But that's not there fault"

"Store abandoned of employees. I went here since it’s the closest store in our way back home to buy beer and the front end was completely abandoned of any employee. We scanned beer at the self check which called for help. We waited about 20 minutes and walked around the entire store to find an employee. The front office was left open with the security camera office and still had no employees, we even walked into the back room to find someone. If we weren’t honest people we could’ve walked out with a bunch of merchandise and no one would’ve known. After 20 minutes a girl with glasses and no name tag finally came out of nowhere and started yelling at us for being slightly behind the register because we were trying to find a bell to call someone. She the argued with us after we told her we had been waiting and looking for an employee. She was very rude and defensive because she knew she wasn’t in the store for a good amount of time. I recorded a video after walking around the store a few times to show it had been abandoned."

"I usually don't like going to these stores, and due to my bad experience at the one in Red Bud Ln in Round Rock. This store changed my viewpoint since it has almost everything you need! I feel that this one is the best convenient store in the Round Rock area or Austin. This store will be my third option to shop at after Heb and Walmart in case I need something."

"This is the nicest dollar general I have been to. It has fruits and veggies and it even has self check out. Best thing is it has self check out. This is awesome. Love this store has all the basics you need. I know HeB is around the corner but this is walking distance. Definitely recommend"
