"I have a love-hate relationship with this place. Almost all of them do decent work, EXCEPT when it comes down to their utensils- they Reuse everything and dont clean or disinfect ANYTHING! They literally only care about their profit, not about customers health/safety. I watched them do a pedicure on me, and use nail files that have already been previously used. The nail files were covered in white streaks which indicated that. The toe separator thing that they use to separate your toes was all flimsy from how old it was YET they're still using it on various customers. This area is known for all the dirty people that stay near there. WHY THE HELL wouldn't you use new disposable stuff? These dirty people have fungus and all kinds of sicknesses. It's disgusting. For how much money this business brings in, you'd think they'd invest in being more clean but no, this "culture" that runs most of these businesses are all stingy, they could care less . They're so greedy. I've witnessed other salons, actually open new utensils when getting to a new customer. This business is disgusting. Also, the lady who last helped me had a face mask on, but she pulled it down to her chin and was coughing the whole time helping me. Stop being so disgusting. Have common sense. And be considerate."

"They did a manicure and pedicure on my wife, Saturday August 19, 2023. We had a flight to catch to Vegas that following Monday. She was limping the entire time, in so much pain, we went to Vegas to get married and she couldn't fully enjoy it because of the infection she got on her foot. She is in so much pain. The big toe has puss coming out of it. I know they better pay for this emergency room visit. Don't use this place"

On top of being a great manicurist, she was super friendly. :) I come here monthly for business and this is definitely going to be my nail spot to unwind and get ready for work events.
