"Rude! Rude!! In almost 40 years of my life I've never been made to feel beneath someone. As I was getting my nails done, not saying a word, just minding my own business, two of the other nails techs at the end look over at me and my nail tech start talking, and then laugh and stare. Be KIND! You never know what someone is going through. I have spent the last 6 weeks in the hospital next door with my son.Its been stressful and all I wanted was an hour of time to get my nails done!!! I will never go back or recommend"

"I have been here a few times and it’s a hit or a miss experience. Previously the lady did a great job, however she did remove the acrylic even though it was a refill. On other hand, my toenails were ruined by an old lady, who had no clue how to do the job properly. This time it was a complete miss. The Neil’s are uneven, and rough. Yes, it does look like they don’t care. They don’t listen, don’t have proper design skills to create a beautiful nails. And they look disappointed when there is only a small tip."

"Great place for pedicures! Friendly service, complementary drinks, VERY CLEAN! I got the mint mojito pedicure and was not disappointed. They also measure out the products used on you and put them into individual bowls so they don’t cross contaminant. Love that. Massage chairs are also very nice. I’ll be back for sure!"

"I came in for a walk-in Manicure appointment and I’m highly impressed. The receptionist is very welcoming, the staff is all friendly and they serve complementary drinks. I had the “Gel Manicure + I forgot the name of other spa treatment I got” It took me a full hour and half to get everything done and I love the results"

"It was.. fine. Came in to get gel for manicure and pedicure. They cleaned up my cuticles but on one nail there’s a tiny black string they put clear gel over. Also, the texture of my nails weren’t smooth entirely which I guess it’s due to my natural nails being that way. My pedicure was nice but I was cut on one of my toes. The environment was nice and clean place. Wait time was not long at all."
