"I am a very consistent client, who has left extremely unhappy. I used to come here once a month and for this past year, I did not get my nails done so I could let them grow back healthy. I decided I wanted to get a Christmas set and picked out one of the most basic nail sets I have ever received from them. Upon check out I was charged $135 for these nails, I also received a $65 pedicure with no gel bringing my total to about $200. I have never paid any more than $175 for my total at this location and I have received jewels, designs on every nail I have also had friends that have gotten an exuberant amount of designs for less at this location. I am not unhappy with how the nails turned out I am unhappy with how I was charged. I have paid $50 plus in designs before but not for this “design”. I didn’t even know this would be considered a design because in the past was told it’s not a true “design”. I understand that extra length will be more. I have gotten them longer than I currently have them for less. With it being a holiday season this is very tough to walk into and not be told of any price change or that all of a sudden I’m gonna be charged 200+ dollars for nails (and more) that I’ve never had to pay that much for. The staff is very nice and really enjoyed my time at this location but will be unable to continue coming back as a client due to this. I am extremely upset and how I was charged. ETA: i was also almost sent home with an uncured right hand that began peeling before I even left, before i even started my pedicure. this is extremely disappointing as a very consistent client. I am very very upset right now. I also asked if price vary based on each person and was told no so I’m still confused how I have paid this much for this little in comparison to every other time I have been here."

"Family friendly staff! We tried the deluxe pedicure with Green Tea and Milk and Honey scents. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the holiday color choices. Taking off a star since I made appointments for a total of 4 appointments and only had 3 employees available during our visit."
