"I honestly don’t even know why I even keep trying Ulta salon for haircuts. They never listen to me about what I want, and put hair products in that I don’t want and after a while of trying to make corrections, the hair stylist gets frustrated and I just have to give up and leave with a haircut that I’m not happy with and then on top of it all they’re always sneaky with the prices and try to charge me exorbitant prices for a haircut that I hate."
"The ladies at this location are super nice. But the parking lot is super dark after like 5 o'clock it's a little concerning that there is no sort of lighting in the parking lot. I just got done shopping for somethings and witnessed someone steal a hair Straightener and sprint out of the store!! Maybe if there was actually lighting in the parking lot these kind of situations could be avoided"
"They just moved across the lot but the place is nice and clean, well maintained. Definitely another better competitor to Sephora with good selection. Definitely recommend. The store wasn’t that crowded when we visited."
