"Came in with my friend so we could all get our nails done and the man with the glasses kept questioning everything I wanted done. He was laughing and the lady next to him as well. The lady as she did my friends nails told my friend like I’m not right next to her idk why she wants the straight clear nails and laughs. I think I came in as paying customer to get whatever I wanted done it was something so simple. I decided okay I’ll just get a manicure then she has did I want gel or powder she also laugh . I didn’t get anything done after all it just the disrespect and very unprofessional ."

"I moved from Austin always used to come to this place. I came back to visit family. I broke a nail went to the place sat there for 20 minutes then they refused to help me fix it. They told me to go back to the original nail tech which it 4 1/2 hours away. Never again will I give this place my money again. If you look at the Comments they are rude and disrespectful THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They will be nice to you the first few visits after that rudeness."

"Horrible service. I sat there for 15min before anyone said anything. The older lady was rude when I was looking at the colors. I asked for a fill & he said he would have to do a fresh set, this was my first fill & the first set was done by them but I agreed anyway then he was on his phone as I was just sitting there with my nails half done. I left with NO NAILS. I thought I found a new nail salon near my house but looks like I’ll keep going to SUNSET NAILS! This place sucks!!"

"Really bad service, my manicurist started of by not desinfecting the tub. When I asked her for the sani- tablet she said they don’t use that here. Her file and buffer where previous used I asked her to throw them away and she still used them on me had to ask her again to please throw them away if not I was gonna call inspection on her . She was not putting callus remover and she was hurting my skin until I had to tell her to please put the callus remover. She never put exfoliate on she said she did not knew what was that. I asked for gel she never put dehadrator nor the base coat or top coat on. All the pedicure was getting done by just water and lotion. It was like if I was teaching her how to do a hole pedicure."

"I asked for the nail design in the first photo and got this and he explained why he did it that way but it still wasn’t what I asked for and then they charged me $70 when I could’ve taken my business elsewhere to get it for $55 and done correctly. The clouds are okay I guess but he was talking to another employee while doing the dots so they look messy and rushed I looked at my nail techs Instagram page before he did the design and was impressed by what he’s done so I had high hopes. I can say I will not be going back:("
