"I am leaving a one star review for this location of H‑E‑B, specifically for their curbside staff. I have been ordering curbside from this location for months now, and 95% of my orders come with absolutely rotten and inedible produce. I have called almost weekly for the last 8months because of the issue. I didn’t leave a review condemning them for this because they were always kind enough to refund the fruit, or send out a free delivery with edible produce so I didn’t have to use my gas and time to make another trip to the store. But, today, I am getting scolded on the phone by a worker because i “have too many of these calls”, as if I am trying to get one over on them??? I have spoken with the curbside manager, I have spoken to the produce manager, I have spoken to the store manager, but now I am getting scolded on the phone when I have been kind enough not to leave a 1-star review, or flip out bc it has been almost a year of this. They have said for months they are going to rectify the issue, but they have not. The way they handled this was absolutely inappropriate. Many times I have gotten on the phone with staff that have told me I need to do THEIR job, such as checking the produce before I leave, in such a nasty tone. I don’t want to call them multiple times a month for something that could easily be handled. It is exhausting, and yet I am being treated like I am swindling them… Do better HEB. I’m tired of taking time and energy out of my week to be scolded like a school child. Here are photos to prove that they did not check the produce before they sent it out to me, contrary to what the nasty lady on the phone said to me."

"I got these chips from curbside on November 13, 2023. They expired on August 23rd 2023. This has to be intentional, how do you have chips sitting on the shelf for at least 3 months and not rotate your inventory? Unbelievable!"

"Great place to shop. Has all that we need at some good prices. Store and restrooms are kept clean."
