Nicest of folks own/run/work here. They also send money out-of-state/country. You drive a Big Truck? No problemo... just park in the median of street. "As a trucker based in Florida found this place by accident back in 2015 while looking for used truck parts at the business across the street,food was always fresh , delicious cheap for the portion. Fast forward 2 years went by without being in TX i recently came and made sure to stop at this joint. The food is still decent compared to what's around within 1mile radius but in smaller portions and much more expensive now. What happened to the gay guy that used to be the cooker"
"It's a small food counter in a tiny grocery store. Their food is authentic Mexican, ie barbacoa, mollejas, menudo, etc.. lunch specials and tacos are excellent. Menudo flavor was so good. Unfortunately I came across globs of fat on most of the 'meat' -bummer! However, the barbacoa on fresh flour tortillas were excelente!"
