"Lina is PHENOMENAL!! I cannot believe how quick she is and just how sturdy her hands are when filling and designing. I never have to ask for what I want as she automatically does it all. Thanks Hun!!"
"If I could give no stars I would, however I had the most terrifying, uncomfortable experience today. I went and got a pedicure and the woman who serviced me was rude and extremely rough with my feet causing two of my nails to break. I expressed how she was hurting me more than once even saying an ouch and she still proceeded to be rough completely ignoring anything I asked her! I tell her how I do not like how my feet turned out and how she broke the two nails even trying to glue one back on. We get up to the checkout counter where her manager is standing with her and I explained how I wasn’t satisfied with my services today and then the woman aggressively came at my like she was going to assault me and cussing me out!!! The manager finally stepped in front of her as she continued to curse at me. The manager refused to give me the lady’s name and her bosses name not to mention she did absolutely nothing to make it right not even asking to have it fixed! I still paid for the service because I didn’t want them to try and accuse me of stealing by walking out without paying. I will never go back here again these two individuals should not be in the service industry both are very unprofessional and the one who serviced me is dangerous!"
"Beware, my understanding is that this store has new management and my experience says that the new management and techs do not care to provide the same level service as before. On Oct. 7th I arrived at 9:30 to get my nails taken care of before an appointment at 11:20. Two other ladies were there before me, I did not get sat until 1000 and still had to wait another 20 minutes before anyone came to work on me, meanwhile others who had walked in were seated immediately and worked on. My thought was maybe a nail tech had not arrived yet. I received a full set with dip and design, $88+tip. They looked great initially but the next morning one popped off getting into my car and another popped off putting a dress on, I was headed to a wedding and didn’t have time to get them fixed so I glued the pieces back and carried on. The next morning another popped off getting a bag of dog food out of my car. I have never had this issue with nails, they typically last two weeks. I called Monday and was told they would fix them so I went in Wednesday, it was my first free day to get there, and requested someone else fix them because I was worried that the issue was that the original guy made them too thin. I pointed out to the new nail tech the nails that had broken, I had glued them back the best I could to make it through the wedding, the other I left broken since it was after. The new nail tech did the absolute least she could do. She refused to fix one because she couldn’t see the crack but assured me that she would add more powder and it would stay…it broke today while I was washing my hands. She fixed the one I left broken and tried to refuse the other fix telling me I wasn’t paying anyway, I told her I had already paid and expected them to be fixed properly and that since the crack was visible I wanted it fixed right, she just tried to keep adding powder and finally I said if you aren’t going to fix it give me my money back so I can go somewhere else, so she finally removed it to fix it. She literally huffed and puffed the whole time it was so frustrating. I had $50 to tip her because I felt like that was fair since she was missing other people but decided to give $10 instead because I don’t feel she even tried to fix them properly, one she fixed is all deformed and weird, has a dip in it and like I said before the other one she refused to fix popped off while I was washing my hands today. I leave tomorrow for a week long conference and the nails I paid for will be coming off today because I can’t trust they will last. It’s so disappointing."
"Update 6/20/22- This salon recently got bought out (or so I assume). All of the original staff was let go and my fill with a designed increased in price from $65 to $145. The new staff has not been friendly so I no longer recommend this salon. 11/21- Pure luck! when I moved to ATX I needed a new nail salon and was scared to try anywhere. I ended up at Diamond Nails and haven't left! Sonny does my nails every 3 weeks and is great with every design I show him. I recommend making an appointment every time as they are very busy and the wait times can be long."
"Nice salon/easy to get to location but service isn't the best. My tech was very rushed - my pedicure lasted 15 minutes. Polish could have been much cleaner, dead/dry skin should have been buffed or cleaned up, cuticles were barely touched. My polish actually looked cleaner before than after the pedicure. I was a little surprised she refused to help me put my sandals back on, I asked a couple of times she told me to figure it out myself. That part was a little strange."
