"makes me sad to have to leave a bad review as i have come here 2 other times for waxes and they’ve always been welcoming. i walked in for a simple black acrylic set. there was one person in there who was finished within 10 minutes of me sitting down. the man who did my nails did not make conversation with me which was fine. however when i did speak and was giving direction to how i like and want my nails he seemed to have an attitude or rebuttal. i’m the type to not take offense because everyone has bad days, so i continued and maintained being courteous. i noticed he did not cut my cuticles and gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe he would do it later. by this time there was one person already being serviced with a pedi and another man who was sitting in the back as well. towards the end i asked if he could cut my cuticles and that i thought that was apart of the service - he stated, “it’s not apart of the service…i don’t have time. i have another customer.” this was extremely unprofessional and disheartening as i was there first and it does not take long to cut cuticles. my cuticles and fingers were stained. my cuticles were flapping. and on one of my fingers, i was cut and was bleeding a bit. i was rushed out in which i experienced an anxiety attack and left in tears. will not be going back, not that they care."

"Today was my first time at Moonlight Nails & Spa, I found them on Yelp and the reviews were great so I took a chance - and I'm so glad I did! WOW this salon is fantastic. It's so incredibly CLEAN, my #1 priority. The pedi tubs are lined with disposable plastic liners. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My technician was incredibly thorough and took the time to ask if I was happy with the results as she worked. And there's a ton of polish colors to choose from, I would estimate over 400! Check out the pics on Yelp, the salon layout is so nice and relaxing. Manicure tables are in the front and pedi chairs are in the back room, both have TVs, and the salon offers liquid refreshments. It was 11am when I was there for my pedi....too early for wine X-0 Thanks Moonlight, I'll be back!"
