"Honestly really disappointed. I had my nails done on Wednesday. She told me that my nails were too short and that poly gel tips would be better for longevity and look better. I did agree because of course I would want them to last longer. The very next day, one of the poly gel tip completely ripped off while I was doing dishes. The next day at work, five more of the tips ended up ripping off. I work in a doctors office, so I was not doing anything that would rip them off. They just became very flimsy. I reached out to her to see if she could do anything about it; and she did offer to repair the nails, however we could not find a time to repair them because our schedules do not match up. I have a full-time job and go to school directly from my full-time job. I asked for a refund since there was no way I could get them fixed and I did not want to walk around with six broken nails for a month until I could get back in. She refused to give me the full refund. She stated that it was not her fault and said “I know my technique I’ve done this so many times” ………Just because you’ve done something so many times does that mean that you can mess up every once in a while. She then stated that she would give me half of my money back, but that’s it. I did accept it, but I still think that is extremely unfair since I paid $150 for Nails that literally broke off in two days, which is completely ridiculous. She also canceled all my future appointments and banned me from future appointments. Which I guess is fine because I wouldn’t want to come back to a place that take no responsibility for problems/mistakes and gaslights their clients."
